Do you use your own Equipment?

Yes! We use Galactic Cleaning Products,

Vacuums, MicroFibre Cloths etc! You won't need anything at all!

Do I need to be there when you are?

It's totally up to you! So long as we can get into the property!

Do you offer Regular Cleaning?

Yes! Contact us for a quote, just let us know where you live!

If you have pictures handy, send those over too!

Do you clean Shaggy / Shag Pile style rugs?

Unfortunately, not at the moment.

Do I need to do anything before Galactic Cleaning arrives?

Nothing! We tidy as much as we can while we clean.

(You can if you want to though!)

When do I need pay?

Once we confirm your booking, you can pay then.

However, most of our clients pay on the day by bank transfer or cash.

We can also invoice (Payable within 5 working days after completed work)

Are you insured?

Yes. We have full liability Insurance.

Do you have a deeper cleaning package, other than Galactic Shine?

Yes. We offer Galactic Shine as our main cleaning option. Should

you need a deeper clean, please contact us and we will tailor your quote under our 'Galactic Platinum' Package.
